Amazing flowers for a very dear friend they couldn't have been more perfect <3 thank you

Very disappointed with the service provided. The flowers delivered were nothing like the bouquet I ordered and despite having contacted the florist 3 times to see what happened, I still haven't had a response (even though my message has been read). It's been two weeks now.

Le Bouquet delivered the most stunning flower arrangement to my sister. The flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged. They even included gorgeous orchids. I will definitely order from them in the future.

If I could give you -100 I would. You should count yourself lucky that you only had my mother to deal with in your shop. I am outraged you shoved her out of the shop the fact u laid Ur hands on a customer in the first place it's disgusting. Im telling you now no matter what my mother would not of done anything for you to justify laying Ur hands on her. You vile people!!!!! Thank you for ruining my wedding flowers so close to my wedding luckily someone who is talented and skilled and from London has fantastic skills and can actually do what we asked and paid for. Money is no problem its the principle we should of got our money back for Ur sun par dead yellow flowers!!!! Get Ur eyes tested you rude disrespectful low life violent people! Florist pfffft more like floppist cos Ur flowers are flop and disgusting!!!!

Way over priced and you have to get what your given unless you pre order it. Totally over priced. Go down the road and get a much bigger bouquett for the same price.

Delivered last night beautiful flowers suprise from my mum, flowers are gorgeous, very fresh and lots of them,well worth her money, would definitely recommend, mum also said that when ordering them lady was very helpful and friendly, Thank you x

Le Bouquet - Le Bully! My friend ordered her wedding bouquets from here, she was asked to go have a look at them, my friend was really unhappy with the bouquets as they were not what she asked for, they looked cheap and nasty and some of the flowers had been so badly cut, the quality was awful, my friend said she wasn't happy and the woman was very rude and snapped at her repeatedly saying well that's what you ordered, she wasn't prepared to accept any fault and my friend decided to cancel her order, the woman said no you can't until I have spoken to the owner, I told the woman her attitude was unacceptable and she continued to blame my friend saying thats what you ordered, so a week later she had an appointment to see the owner, well she was even ruder than the employee. We told the owner that we weren't happy with the flowers and wanted some money back, she flat out refused, we asked for the flowers that she had made and she said no you're not having anything, the owner was so loud she was pretty much shouting at my friend, who suffers from anxiety and I had gone along for support, I told her to stop speaking to my friend like that, she then asked me who I was so I said I was there supporting my friend, she said she doesn't need support

Ordered my dad's funeral flowers from here,they were stunning,exactly what we wanted and every detail was perfect,thank you.
