Had Matt and his team replace our led pipes. They are absolutely excellent at what they do. Quick, professional, very thorough, and Matt took a lot of time to explain to us exactly what he was doing and why.

the recent activities carried out by the team appointed to replace the Severn water pipes, which took place over 2 days. Upon finishing their work, they did things that has raised concerns about their professionalism and quality of work. I want to highlight the installation of a large drain pipe that is available to extend the small water pipe. While I understand the necessity of this reform, I must express my disappointment in the manner in which it was performed. In particular, a sizable hole was drilled in my wall to accommodate a relatively small pipe that looks disproportionate. Also, workers on the second day of their presence after finishing work, they advised me to clean their remaining mess using a tea towel. This dismissive response not only shows their lack of responsibility, but also ignores the customer's satisfaction.
