Staff were nice but unfortunately the disabled changing room was being used for storage. This is totally unacceptable and discriminating.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted at the staff in this store. I have witnessed pure discrimination and rude behaviour against a lady. The staff (mainly the manager) were raising their voices at this lady when there was no need, only to realise the lady was correct in her approach. 1 of the staff then apologised but the damage had already been done. First and last time i will be visiting this store. A complaint will also be made against the manager. Avoid at all costs !

Incompetent staff! I've placed orders online twice to collect in store, the 1st time I went to collect waited a long time as they couldnt find my order, staff member ran around the store only to find her taking her time talking to another member of staff (not looking for my order). I went in today for another click and collect order and they have given my order to another customer!!! Lady said she would call me to sort it out once she has re ordered it, I'm still waiting for my call! I received an email stating another order has been placed and they will charge me for it!!! And I have to wait 3weeks for this order! Appalling service.

Tried to get men's jeans but couldn't find 32 waist short leg in any style. Not for the first time! Casual shirts are a strange fit.. long body and tight under arms yet fine in chest. Prices getting expensive but quality not great except for smart shirts. Poor stock in men's shoes (and didn't have size 8 in any case). Home accessories are lacklustre. Used to shop regularly but not any more.

No staff no baskets wanted some room Sprays and candles having got a bag already and my handbag I asked for a basket and no I mean how stupid took me 10 minutes to find staff too not shopping here again how stupid

Excellent service. I was awkward and uncomfortable after having not been out for so long and they were friendly and I knew how to handle common issues with equipment to process the return quickly.I would probably go back to shop there when there isn't a sale on as it was very bustling at the time.

Nice and easy to shop in there . Got served by lady called Frey great costumer service she resolved my issues. Very pleased .

Nice store with lots of options for kids clothes. Collection service is always fast and efficient for me. No issues

I rushed upstairs to Men’s and was immediately acknowledged by a senior staff who helped me with a plain white in small any without hesitation. Unfortunately there weren’t enough selections on ties.

Collection system down...all staff stood at till upstairs saying I hope we have a million customers complain rather than have the system come back online & have to work! Try organising the parcels by surname etc...5 staff doing nothing to help! Was 5 star previously...1 staff can make others worse (blond young in photo entrance).
