LBM have given the flat owners an amazing service over the last 2 years. It has been a very difficult situation to inherit and the directors and staff at LBM have been consistent in their management and very diligent in looking after a building of 80plus flats that needed to be reclad. Well done LBM!

I am a resident in a building managed by LBM. LBM has always turned around paper work requests very quickly for me. When it comes to building issues, in my experiences, I think LBM are definitely more accessible and responsive than similar management companies. Their out of hours support is also much better than the others I have had to deal with in the past. I think the only thing LBM could improve is providing regular updates to residents with the status of ongoing issues.

I live in a building that's maintained by LBM. We've had no heating or hot water for around 3 months of the last year. They didn't maintain the communal boilers well enough. And now they're so broken that LBM can't get them fixed. They never answer emails, it takes them weeks or months to get anything fixed. If you're looking to move into an apartment block and they're managed by LBM, live somewhere else

LBM have been managing our building for the past 2 years and are doing a very good job dealing with a large and complex construction project, keep leaseholders informed and liaising effectively with the residents committee. Furthermore, when I raise questions or complaints regarding issues at the building they deal with them quickly and efficiently. This is the same for any financial and administrative queries so I’m very happy with the service thus far.

LBM have been managing our block for nearly 5 years. During that time they've had to deal with the most turbulent times in the history of our building which involved Covid, storms that blew off the roof and the aftermath of Grenfell Tower. They helped us navigate applying for grants to update the building as well dealing with day to day issues. As an ex-board member and long time resident that have been thru 3 other managing agents I cannot recommend them enough.

Such a waste of a company. Absolutely a joke, appalling service and you wonder how these people are in business in the property management game. They managed my block for all in all 10 months.. before getting fired by landlord. They are very good however at misrepresenting the fact, excellent at not answering emails and world class at pretending that they have taken into consideration your feedback when in reality, nothing has been done or remediated. Case in point, an ongoing leak on the roof of the building which has been going on for months and they have never got to the point of resolving it. Worldclass in incompetence.

The level of service I’ve received from Katie and Morven has been exceptional.The managing company before where not in the same league.I feel very lucky to have lived in the Royle, I’ve felt very looked after.The speediness in both of your responses to any enquiries I’ve had over the years is unbelievable and very much appreciated.Porter - Lee you and Lorain have gone above and beyond to make us all feel at home here. You bring a warmth to the building that I’m sure many do not have.Indy and I will miss this building and you guys very much.

With the number of building management companies adequately equipped to cater for a sizeable property (90+ apartments) somewhat thin on the ground, we judge ourselves fortunate to have found London Block Management.During the two years since their appointed, they have succeeded in establishing a much more responsive and effective management system, which has relieved much of the burden that was previously placed on the board of residents. In particular they have demonstrated a thorough grasp of the processes required to help us navigate thorough the maze of insurance, lease and fire regulations which plague every residential property. The confidence we have in them makes it easy for us to register our appreciation of their support.

What a joke of a company. No response & terrible communication.Darren Anthony needs an additional training. On that matter, the whole team reflects same flaws.These agents lie, then trip on their own lies as whatever one agent says is not communicated to the rest of the team. It is sad how funny it is.The team ignore emails & does not answer phone calls. They do not solve any issues in the property or anything related to it.If you are a landlord or a business looking for property management company, AVOID this ''company'', do not waste your time and money with them.

London Block Management is one of the poorest companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are unresponsive, dismissive and sometimes negligent. They regularly do not respond to the issues for which they have been hired. Even property management fees are not regularly billed nor are the price levels accounted for. If you want to deal with a company that does not provide service, this is the company.
