Do not book to stay at this place. So many things wrong with it. Was advertised as a double bed but I can in and saw 2 single beds pushed together :/ Burn in the corner which they attempted to conceal with a rug. I highly doubt the place was cleaned thoroughly. Awful customer service. If you need assistance they will charge you for basic customer service. If you’re unhappy with your stay they will not apologise or compensate you. They care more about taking your money than you having a good experience with them. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Horrible.

Studio was nice and clean and well equipped. Would have preferred the bathroom to be en suite but was not a problem. On a busy which is quite noisey at night but I sleep with earplugs anyway due to my wife's infernal snoring so not a great issue for me. Overall I would say West Street studio was good value for the price. Way better than a similarly priced Travelodge

We stayed upstairs in Studio 7" family room. Beds were two singles put together to make a double and a pull out sofabed

Es un estudio en una zona tranquila, hay una gasolinera enfrente y tiendas cerca. La habitación dispone de casi todo y el baño es privado pero está fuera de la habitación, un punto negativo a mi parecer. Está a media hora a pie del aeropuerto de southend o cinco minutos en coche y a quince minutos del tren a pie, con conexión al centro de Londres.

Lovely place to stay, self contained studio will all the amenities you need, would definitely stay again!
