Stop giving comically short layovers for international flights. Your plane was 20minutes late, landing after boarding on my connection had already begun. I had to sprint 2 miles through LHR and beg my way to the front of security lines in order to have the privilege of being one of the last 5 people to board.This happened on both my departure and return flights. Stop it.

Recently travelled with them to Pakistan. Their premium class is quite good when it comes to seats and leg space.Food selection on the return flight was excellent.Attitude of onboard crew needs some schooling and basic teaching of good customer service.Airport staff was brilliant on both sides.

After a catastrophic experience with Emirates, it’s good to know you can rely on a Superb Customer care from Virgin Atlantic. I flew with the once from San Francisco to London and Manchester to Orland and back. On all three flights, they have provided me with the same best customer experience. The Virgin Points allowed me to pay for one of these flights a very small price. Keep going VA! Best of luck.

My father has traveled to the US from the UK, he has been without his bag for 4 days and has had no help or support from Virgin. He doesn’t have access to his medications which is causing him great pain. I’m shocked by this treatment, we are completely in the dark. If anyone at Virgin is reading this please urgently provide me with a contact number that doesn’t have a 2 hour wait time or automated line that simple sends us in circles. Edit make that a week without it and no updates. Absolutely pathetic service.

I pop here for work regularly and wanted to take the time to thank Asha and the front desk team for their consistently wonderful service! Considering they first met me on crutches with a serious achilles injury they have gone above and beyond to assist me with every aspect of carrying out my role.Thank you hugely for the kindness, respect and exceptional customer service. It has not gone unnoticed.

Just returned from miami to London. Very efficient. I like the way they call out row numbers which avoids the Ryan Air scrum and everyone being squashed by the exit. Staff are excellent and willing to engage and actually talk to you even though they must be under pressure to get their job done and the plane off the ground. Food in economy was good so I'm sure further up the plane its even better

We have cancelled our flight in September, still fighting for the refund. After multiple calls and emails no support whatsoever.We will not give up until we get our money back.The team claims that we have an additional cost of £200/pp as per policy, however neither 2! Customer service agent nor us found these hidden words and number in the policy.I am diappointed, angry and let down. I can not recommend Virgin Atlantic to anybody.I will not give it up and after making an official complaint more than a week ago and still have no answer, I will go higher and higher if required.

Destroyed my bag at Heathrow. DI had to travel three weeks later still no bag so I had to buy my own replacement. 45 days to answer emails chasing. Gave up. Horrible airline service. See photos of destroyed bags at Heathrow T3. Disgruntled baggage handlers! After this virgin experience I would advise no one to fly virgin!
