Ye Olde Vape Shoppe

Having received my first vape which uses e-liquid the day prior, i quickly realised I had no idea what I was doing in terms of what liquid to buy. Went here for some advice, the manager Mark was extremely helpful, explained everything and helped me with selecting a few different types of flavour/liquids to try out. Would recommend to anyone who's made the jump to vaping and needs pointing in the right direction.

I've only ever had bad experiences at the vape shop in Norwich city centre. Twice now I've been sold out of date vape juice, it's discusting and when I don't get a receipt I can't take it back when I realise. The man in the shop isn't exactly helpful and never looks like he want to be there.

Too pushy and everything is overpriced. I requested a refund because I simply didn’t like the product and didn’t the owner didn’t want to offer a refund, although a store credit which I didn’t want. Eventually I was able to claim a partial amount of the refund back, but I will personally avoid this store because my experience wasn’t the best.

Great vape shop to visit, very reasonable priced vape juice and hardware! Friendly member of staff that was very helpful, great atmosphere! Well worth a visit.

32 pound s I'll do you a good deal but the coils he said we're 12 so 20 for the liquid and he covered the card reader just as I tapped online price was 14 reduced from 18 when I checked when I got home anyway first and last time here it's im not impressed and I'm awaiting the response to the email I sent which I doubt will come if the service was anything to go by

Definitely the best vape shop in Norwich..Called in late on a Saturday & the store assistant helped me choose some great vape juices along with a new vape mod.. really knowledgeable & helpful, a real nice guy too!Will be my go-to vape shop every time I visit the City & I highly recommend them.

I was hunting all around Norwich for a new glass chamber for my vape, Paul was really helpful and informative. Paul was able to ring there other branch and organise for the perfect bubble glass chamber to be put to one-sided for me! Very friendly, very informative!

Dreadful experience each of the 4 times I have visited.The first visit I was greeted by vomit in the entrance of the shop, and each of the remaining visits I have been unable to buy nic shots! A vape shop that never has nicotine is useless.

Me and my partner had been going here for a while, and trusted the man on his pricing and knowledge of products. recently we've experienced extremely polarising versions of the same man, very nice to my boyfriend with cheap prices and better service. however i received very poor service with no willingness to help, as well as higher prices. when he tries to sell a kit he’ll open the kit in order to make you feel pressure into buying it for an extortionate price. when the kit didn’t work we went somewhere else, they were aware of his tactics and said he over charges, when talking about pods we found he had sold us a box for £20 and this place sold them for £5.We never received warranty with any of the products we purchased from him, which we now know is not legal.We were never ID’d, and never saw many young people be ID’d.Totally unacceptable and would advise anyone to go somewhere more professional with better knowledge, prices and service.Overall, rude, sexist, overpriced and deceptive.
