Amazing place to live. Would recommend it to anyone! Lovely friendly team who can't do enough for you. Maintenance issues get dealt with quickly. Great location, right in town near all local shops and clubs etc. Amazing views from the back of the building. The shared kitchens are large and modern, all have islands and breakfast bars in, making them really social spaces. All kitchens have flat screen TVs in. Bedrooms a generous size and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Thank you Danesgate House! I have re-booked for next year!

The ensuite room's are good with big windows and a study table. Lacks a games room or study room. Laundry services are pathetic and expensive. Overall property manager and staffs are helpful.

This is my first proper home in the UK, and I have loved every minute of living in this accommodation. There is no end of good things I could say- excellent staff, on-hand maintenance and support, thorough security making it very safe and secure... not to mention it's central location and ease of access! The fact I have the best view of the cathedral in LIncoln really puts the jewel on the crown! I will miss it dearly! Above all else, however, the team, in particular Emma and Kate, has been fantatsic from start to finish, always free for a natter or to share a concern and the first to put thigs right! 5 stars all the way! Thank you ladies for everything!

Lovely place to stay for uni - great rooms with wonderful en-suites and clean communal areas. Spot on location in the cathedral quarter - close to everything that's worth seeing in Lincoln; great bars, cafes, takeaways, late night shops and restaurants are close by.It's a bit further away from campus than some accommodation, but it's still only about a 10 minute walk, and its well worth it for the location.Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, Magna Carta and the infamous 'oldy-worldy' heart-attack inducing Steep Hill are on the doorstep, and the main shopping area is a 5 minute stumble away.The reception and maintenance/cleaning staff are wonderful; they're always friendly and willing to help you. Communication has been efficient via email about issues within the accommodation, especially through the covid crisis.The shared kitchens are well equipped, stylish and, along with the rooms, have some great views across Lincoln.WiFi is reliable and fast - I'm studying Computer Science and there have been no problems for me, even with all of the lectures being online (I've heard loads of complaints about other accommodation)...The laundry area is clean and easily accessible... It's all automated via an app on your phone, and so far no complaints - plus it notifies you as soon as its finished! Driers seem to be pretty cost effective, so no need for clothes horses etc. in your room.Overall, I think its a great choice, whether it's your first time in Lincoln or you're a returning student looking for something better!Highly recommended!

The best student living in Lincoln! From the quality of the rooms to the really friendly staff and the great location in town with a great view of the cathedral, Danesgate has been favourite place to living during my degree! Recommend to anyone whatever stage or study

It is well positioned which makes it easier to get anywhere, just name it, University, train/bus station, for groceries... It's home from home...

Be very careful when choosing your flatmates! Been at Flat J for a year. Dan the technician is a helpful and friendly guy but got some problems with the management and flatmates. The guys would just randomly throw party, left things uncleaned and smelled. They just pretended like nothing happened while they sitting in a mess. Reported a few times but gradually it’s just “clean it or we charge you for cleaning it” from the management without support. If I hadn’t paid for the full contract, I would immediate leave!

Issues with contract and contacting them, rude staff when you finally do. I've dealt with a lot of student and private accommodation companies. This company has been the worst to deal with. The accommodation is nice. Although 2 fridges for 10 people is ridiculous.
