Absolute shameless fraudsters, they sold cooker hood as brand new. When collecting I ask the guy box looks very tatty and he told me do not worry they all look like that but item is new inside. Came home and checked the item within 30 minutes of collection and found that it is not only missing parts but also not useable due to previously damaged return. Emailed them and got a response to say they will resolve it and after a week of emailing, they come up with company policy that I should have checked it before leaving the premises.If you are buying from then and it does not state the condition like new, used, working then do not bid on it. 80 percent chance that it will be faulty in number of ways and if you are bidding on for brand new item then make sure to check it open before leaving their site.It’s a shame that using online auction system this company con people out of pocket by selling them useless returns who are already looking to buy something at better price but did not know that they are gambling it. IF YOU WANT TO BID THEN GO AND CHECK IT BEFORE BID ON IT.If you are not local to manchester and its surrounding areas and than thinking that it will be a bargain to arrive in postage. then rest assured you will be disappointed.100 percent AVOID THIS COMPANY! There are many better companies in Manchester and surrounding areas to get better bargain.

worst auction house I have ever come across, Refuse to give you clear shipping prices, when you ask they say clear any invoices, upon which point they add absurdly high shipping costs, like 20 pounds for a iphone. then they threaten you with a debt collection agency if shipping isn't paid rather than setting up your own.

I have bought a few things over the years, without any problems. Sadly this time I bought a microwave, paid for delivery. However when it arrived it does not work now being told as I didn't ask for an appraisal then there is nothing they can do, so basically tough!!! Now I am financially penalised and still have no microwave. Not happy!!!!

Please please do not bid on this site they do not give you your items and take your money i bid on a items paid for it then they said delivery will be £300 i said i would pick up and they would not let me the items were a tv unit and a single mattress they took my money and never refunded i cant afford to loose money my son needed the items he has Autism and broke his . Im a single parent trying to keep a home etc . They were so rude and nasty on the phone . I asked bank for a refund but they could not do because they said that globle autions disputed it . £89 down and nothing to show for it

Even 1 star is tooooooo much for them, I have to say this is the worst experience for online shopping. They advised items as refurbished however as you can see not even 1 part was attached a total scam. Aaron the complaints manager is rude they should be stopped at all costs paid over a £100 for a box of rubbish that should have binned by them instead they sold it on to me. This is not the 1st item 4 items were delivered like this. Customers don't help please please don't shop with them.They never stop chasing for payment even though your well within deadline they call you up chasing before they time has ended, even had calls at 7.30am chasing me.

I started bidding 5 weeks ago, took a couple of goes to understand the description and what to and not to expect. I must say, I love it! I bid twice a week. If you treat the staff with kindness and respect, they will treat you the same. Some people have too high expectations of the goods they bid for. 80% of my items are perfect and exactly what I expected, 20% have slight faults but if you don’t have the time to go and inspect the items before you bid (like me) then that’s the chance you take. Overall, I am so happy to have found this little gem of a place and will continue bidding x

Bought a few lots, paid for a driver to collect only to find out a lot of the lots i won cant be found or had parts of the bundles missing.They didn't keep note of what was missing so the refund was incorrect and it turns out its credit that i have to spend with them !!! They also tried refunding me minus fees and VAT, imagine any other company not having the item you bought when collecting and holding your money. The other items were had heavy damage so its clear why they use stock images ...all very convenient

I have bought from this please. Is just horrible what quality stuff I received. And they put all the blame on the buyer. What they sell is pure scrap. What you read in the reviews is 100 percent real. Avoid this if you don’t want to be disappointed. They only care for you to grab your money, after that you are left with rubbish items. Too much to say to be able to put it here. For your own good stay away from this thief company.

They don’t even deserve a star. This people are fraud. They are nothing but low life scums going about scamming and ripping off decent hardworking people of their hard earned money. I bought two Hisense TVs from them, advertised as new and boxed. After winning the bid, they were chasing me like hell for payments to be made, I made the payment of £490, and two broken Televisions were deliberately sent to my house. I sent an email and called them immediately and let them know of it, and this rude , gutter stinking, ill mannered and disgusting Receptionist was talking to me and telling me that I am not eligible for a refund. Because I should have requested for an appraisal, when It is been described as new with pictures. Guess what? They just mess with the wrong guy. people like these need to know that there are people whose lines you cannot cross. I have attached a photo of the TVs. Warning: don’t do any transactions with them. They are scammers.
