Bunch of cowboy dealers im not one to write a review but i just want to warn people i bought an estate of these lot advertised for 6 grand when i came back one week later the price was 7 grand due to wheel refurbish and painting the back bumper. Wheels were just sprayed on top of old paint so the darned thing all peeled out soon enough back bumper is still ok .Problems1 Wheel paint all peeled off2 On my way own Engine management Light Turbo air pipes all loose no big problem3 Throttle body gone £2504 EGR valve gone £2005 Oil pump gone due to wrong oil used6 turbo damaged from getting no oil due to oil pump problem ( i didnt know what the loss of power was and drove it 200 yards to a lay by ) this plus oil pump £9007 Tyre rim showing wires witch i was told it was absolutely normal £2208 Flexi pipe replacement £200and to had insult to injury i have always had this absolute ridiculous warm start ratle from the engine witch i have a video of Daren admitting they knew all about but decided not to fix so they could sell it with allot more profit .KEEP AWAY REALLY ! !!!

I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from this garage 7 months ago, and one would expect a 'quality used car' as they advertise on their website not to have the troubles which I've had in the 7 months and 3500 miles worth of ownership.I was told that the car had come with a full service prior to collection, however having recently taken my car to a local garage to get the MOT sorted out, it would appear that the car wasn't even touched. The radiator seals had failed, there was gearbox oil in the cooling system which meant that the car needed a new radiator and all of the fluids replacing. I also had to replace the timing belt which should have been carried out at 55k miles, but this seemed to be overlooked with their complimentary pre delivery service.The car also has other faults, a failed ABS module which requires replacement, a coolant thermostat, all of the coolant hoses to be replaced, a bill I was quoted of near £3000 which is 3/4 of what I originally paid for the car.I've just finished a telephone conversation with one of the propieters who refused to assist in any way and told me that it was out of the 3 month warranty period. When I explained that the cas sold was not fit for purpose, he explained that he did not wish to carry on the conversation and promptly rang off.In summary, I would never buy another car from this garage again and I would strongly advise anyone who intends on buying a car from them in the future to get a full independent inspection from a qualified mechanic first as they cannot be trusted.

What an experience i had dealing with Steve and Dylan ,i had travelled all over the uk trying to find my dream car and i found it at arena car centre,i arrived at the garage to view an audi tt it was a wet sunday afternoon i was approached by Dylan in wellies this came as a shock... buying a car of someone in wellies i did nt see any salesman wearing these in any of the garages i d visited lol..His first words were are you ok and would you like an umbrella ?to which i replied yes he came outside with the umbrella and the keys and left me alone for over 10 minutes whilst i had a look at the car

I have bought cars from Arena for years - on the ONE occasion I had a problem - Steve couldn't have done enough. Buying a second hand car is always going to be a gamble, and my personal experience was way beyond what I would have found from a franchised dealer. Brilliant service.

I bought a megane 225 from them, i have had to spend thousands on it to make it right, the make promises they cant and wont keep, still waiting for my 2nd key from them 18 months on, i would advise steer well clear, at least the highway man wore a mask !!!!!!

Just bought a 2004 BMW E46 M3 from Arena Car Centre. I've been looking for around 6 months and due to the nature of the car I was very particular in finding one in good condition with a full service history.I was very happy with the service that I received from both Dylan and Steve, they were very helpful and assisted with getting the car checked over. I turned up to view the car to find it had been described perfectly with no hidden defects. They were both a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly deal with them again.Over the moon with the car, it's everything I had hoped for and more.

What a bunch of cowboys. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR CARS ARE RUBBISH AND BREAK DOWN WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF BUYING THEM, THEN THEY WILL NOT REPAIR THEM.THEY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED ON TELEVISION ABOUT THIS AS WELL.PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS SHOWER OF IDIOTS

You may think ahh theres always one whiny person who is never happy or has bugbear but this is not true, i never write reviews but i feel i the need to warn other people who maybe thinking about buying from these guys/scammers. Do not trust these guys! and do not part with your hard earned money. They are nice as pie when you are looking at buying a car. They lied to me about the SAT NAV in the car that magically stopped working after i picked up the car and the worse thing, they lied about the number of owners on their adverts to make the car seem better value.They lied about how they go the information too.BEWARE.
