Weddings with Claire

Claire performed our wedding ceremony this weekend - she was easy going, and really captured the type of ceremony we wanted - casual, funny, with just the right amount of seriousness! Would thoroughly recommend.

Claire was just the perfect celebrant. From the first meeting where we discussed style and content and how to involve members of our family right through to the beautiful ceremony she put together she showed a total understanding of our requirements. The result was a perfect personal wedding full of love and humour. Knowing that Claire was leading us took away any nerves and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our parts in the ceremony. She gave us a day to treasure.

Claire was the perfect choice for our celebrant! She paid excellent attention to detail and to our needs as they developed during our wedding planning and offered many helpful suggestions to create the perfect atmosphere. She was easy going and accommodating from the start. On the big day she was beautifully clear and emotive, we only wanted a small affair and she made sure it was always about the client and was extremely helpful with a selection of packages. Claire, thank you for not only giving us the perfect ceremony but for also coming all the way out to the Dordogne in France for our beautiful day.The way you made our day so personal to us and added some humour too put us both at ease and allowed us to truly enjoy the moment.We loved your additions of the unity candle between both our mums and the handfasting, performed by the Groom's best-man, Freddie. It was also great to have our pre-wedding run-through, especially for our friends and family involved with the ceremony. This helped make the day flow naturally and made everyone so much more relaxed.It really was the best day of our lives. Thank you!
