If you have any problems with your new stove then you'll just get told to deal directly with the manufacture. i.e. you're on your own. Even if it is delivered faulty (which is what happened to me). Which is not great when you get told that they are too busy to respond. And therefor I suggest buying one online if you can find it cheaper elsewhere. And where you will probably get more support if things go wrong.The reason for this negative review (the first that I have ever posted) is because I patiently waited months for Shropshire stoves to come out and assess the fault. But worst of all... leading up to Christmas I got told that they had passed on the details to the manufacture and that there was nothing else that they could do. And after I got a bit pushy" (I had been waiting months)

Very helpful and knowledgeable - would recommend to anyone who wants a good, down to earth and professional service.

We couldn't be happier with the stove and the service that we received from Andrew. He was so helpful going through the options with us and giving us a run through of how to get the most out of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Alex is very genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us work around a mistake made by our builders in regards to the chimney position and fireplace size. Nothing was too much bother and the custom insulated flue was made and fitted to our log burner without issue at a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending shropshire stoves.

I needed a 5 inc flue adapter along with a chimney cowl. Due to them being out of stock they were able to make me both items within the hour. It's not very often you get a service like that these days. 5 stars all round.
