Friendly, chatty, very responsive and constantly keeping you in the loop. Safe driver, tad expensive, but that's just cabs in this area anyway, definitely one of the cheaper options and just as nice.Axminster Station to Chard £25, 7pm and not booked in advance, arrived early! Will use again!

Terrible service. I was quoted a price a week before my journey. On the night, I got a phone call 10 mins after I was meant to have been picked up, to tell me that the taxi would be charged by meter, and would in fact be twice the price they had quoted.This is a big mistake when the final cost we are talking about was £100. If I had known, I would have made alternative arrangements but that late at night I had no option but to accept. It's terrible customer service. Ensure they give you a proper quote.

Brilliant taxi company, my driver was really friendly had a great chat and he went out of his way to squeeze me in when I was stuck, I cancelled my taxi earlier that day and he fitted me in because I didn't waste his time. Great company will recommend to family and will using them again:)
