We recently used Coburg to support with an urgent vacancy which was business critical. I found Hayley to be extremely professional, a good communicator and dedicated to the task in hand. Out of the multiple recruiters used Coburg was exceptional and responded best to pressure. We will definitely be using them again.

Very helpful staff who are able to assist in finding suitable candidates who are right for the role in question. Would recommend!

Not very good at returning your calls....Despite leaving numerous messages, following their request for me to make contact to discuss a position in further detail.

Not very impressed. I was contacted by a recruiter who was very nice and easy to talk too regarding a non existent role. I left work early and had two interviews the first with a director who seemed keen and explained the role. The second was a phone interview that lasted over an hour and I was told at the end the role did not even exist.I contacted Coburg banks to sk what was happening as it was an embarrassing situation and a total waste of time and have still not received any exclamation or apology

Really helpful company who actually took the time to understand what I was looking for rather than trying to put a square peg in a round hole. There was constant communication throughout the whole process too which made it feel less like things were going to fall through unlike most agencies. Definitely will go to them again.

Great company and service throughout the whole journey. having recruited before with other agencies I was expecting false promises, candidates that didn't meet the spec etc etc. Coburg Banks listened to my needs and delivered. Will be using them next time i recruit.

******BEWARE****** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Coburg placed an applicant forward without having met them, or without even any telephone screening (the candidate confirmed this in the interview).After 2 weeks the candidate was unsuitable and was dismissed, yet they are now chasing me for charges of over £4,000 threatening legal action.We have worked with many recruitment agencies over the years but this has been my worst experience to date.They claim they do not have to provide screening, so my question to this is - what service do you actually provide?I write this purely as I do not wish for any other business owner to find themselves in the same predicament.

A consultant called me under the name of sophie walters and waffled to me about a opportunity. She made me send my cv and asked if I had any other interviews. She then stated she will get back to me with an interview date. I've called her a few times with no response or feedback then when I did speak to her, she said my cv will be sent. However I still have not heard from her yet. I feel the job was fake and she spoke to me to get her call stats up as all recruitment consultants have kpi targets to meet. She also fished for information from past interviews so she can then cold call and ask for business. Very clever I must say.. but in future, even if it is fake, at least do the decent thing and contact the candidate, explaining they was not successful instead of leaving them hanging. This woman needs re-training as her actions don't make the company look good..
