Went for a consultation but as no one was waiting had the wax removed, WOW could not believe how much was in my ears and Gerry was so gentle and gave me advise on best ear drops to use. Definitely will go back if I need too, very friendly, very professional.

Perfect service.Gerry did an awesome job. I walked in with completely blocked ears and walked out being able hear better than ever in less than half an hour. He was extremely friendly and talked me through the whole process beforehand in a very professional manner.

Returning from holiday, both of my ears were completely blocked and I was having to get everyone to shout at me!A trawl of google, several emails and around eight phone calls yielded at best an offer of an appointment in two weeks. But when I called Parley in Blandford, the very professional and friendly receptionist offered me an appointment that very afternoon!!I found the clinic very easily, and was able to park for an hour for free just up the street. I was met by Gerry who was expecting me and after a small amount of paperwork he started work, explaining everything thoroughly as he went along.I've had earwax cleared before but only using the waterjet equipment: Gerry explained that as well as using this, they have have two other techniques available giving a range of options to suit all circumstances. The procedure was done in around half an hour and Gerry told me everything I need to know to monitor the situation in the future.Researching earwax removal from abroad, it seems that it's a market that opticians have gone into: my experience is that for many advertising the service on Google, it's obviously very much I side-line. I would highly recommend using the dedicated professionals at Parley.
