Rubbish company

Once you make the mistake to buy something from them, they'll never stop bombarding you with phone calls and letters. They will never take no for an answer, no matter how rudely you would make it clear you'll never buy anything from them. They pray on old people that hold old-fashion values.

They did not believe I was and the customer service agent hung up on me. Also she would not put me onto a manager to discuss a complaint, they seem to brush it under the carpet and hoping it will go away as they are in breach of 3 acts of parliament.

Avoid. There are far better companies out there both in terms of service and products.

Terrible company, ordered a coin before checking online reputation, after reading reports about them ignoring the opt in/out toggle while ordering & once they have your details they shipout preview coins and charge you if you don't return it - as a result I cancelled my order via email about 15 minutes after making it, after emails back and forth I received confirmation the order had been cancelled... 2 weeks later, money was taken from my account, after emailing them demanding a refund I was informed that the product had already been shipped and that once it arrives I can return it via the free postage label included in the package.While waiting for the package to arrive I received 2 letters I can only describe as junk mails through my letterbox informing me I had been selected etc & just generally offering me additional coins.Upon coin delivery, included was another set of spam leaflets offering me more coins with lots of you've been selected! You've won limited time! Etc wording.After rumaging through the package, I found the delivery note which had the free returns label obviously removed.Due to this companies dishonesty or utter incompetence, i fear my money is gone and it would only cost me further to attempt to return it, which I suspect still wouldn't get my money back - it wasn't enough money to justify a big ordeal so I contacted my bank and put a block on any attempts from Windsor Mint to take additional payments.Also the coin itself, its not bad quality but it really isn't good & I'm positive there would be no collectors value in the longer term.

A terrible customer service. I made a purchase in the beginning of March, and still haven't received my item. I have contacted them on several occasions, and yet to have any contact from them. Worst experience ever. Never buy from them again. Take your money within 24 hrs, but yet 7 weeks later still nothing. Awful
