How I wish I had read some of the reviews for this company before booking them, instead of just trusting the recommendation given To me by more storage unit company in Peterborough.... Truly AWFUL. This was the most horrendous, stressful moving experience. I already had everything packed tidily, bubble wrapped, covered, & in boxes in a storage unit ready for them - all they had to do was transport my belongings in the unit to my new home....My partner went to the unit to help them and thankfully to try and keep an eye on some of our much loved furniture pieces, however despite his efforts they were still just chucked in a van, scuffed, broken, not stacked or tied down - they were in a truly awful state by the time they arrived at our house.On arrival one of their employees reversed his removal van into the side of my new house, with the van leaning on the exterior, damaging brickwork, he refused to move the van, leaving it leaning on the house, when we asked him to move and I got upset - he refused, we were blamed, we were cursed at, swore at, told our furniture was not worth the money we paid for, our belongings were chucked off the van and damaged as he threw them into my new house from the door way, in a rage, he threatened to assault my partner, & took chunks out of our home and our prized Possessions, When I rang john , his boss, he laughed down the phone at me, told me to “take a few pictures” hung up on me, and has ignored all attempts to phone, email or message his since.I’ve ended up filing a police report and approaching a solicitor about claiming on the companies insurance which they confirmed they had , in writing ... an absolute nightmare.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please please do not use this company. I had to use them as no other removal company could fit me in on date we had to move. Two vans , one arrived at new house with some items on, 2nd van broke down on motorway so we had no beds to sleep in. Second van arrived at broken down one all my good transferred in rain, sofas arrived soaking wet, beds wet and muddy. They dropped my new fridge freezer causing a lot of damage, solid oak dressing tables, wardrobes and tv unit all scratched and large gouges in. One wardrobe broken in half as they couldn’t get it in. Drawers taken out of beds and runners all bent. Two leather dining chairs had holes in. The list goes on. Please do not use these cowboys.
