Never heard back from them as they've taken the money and disappeared. The 25 yr guarantee I got is not worth the paper it was written on. All cowboys and robbers. I could not/ would not recommend them.

Sorry I ever dealt with this company terrible terrible company do not take customers complaints and a lot of the call centre a very rude indeed
