Washing machine would not spin. Couldn't fix watching Youtube videos so rang.Called at 10am and was visited at 12pm. Correctly diagnosed the problem as being brushes not the belt, replaced and was working within 20 mins.Labour: £35Parts: £15= £50.Not having to buy new washing machine, use laundrette or wait longer than 2 hours = Worth it.
