MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS
Had my iPhone 10 screen changed and it now has blots of white on it. The guy who changed it says it’s due the battery. They changed the battery make but would not charge up past 2%. Then changed to another battery make and wouldn’t switch on- he then wanted to change mother board of iPhone for £30 . Eventually go t old battery out of bin and working fine. Be care of this place- they do not know what they are doing for iPhone! Not happy with screen at all

Avoid at all costs, friend got his phone “fixed” last week as he went to get the battery changed after seeing the good reviews. After the guy changed the battery, the screen after being perfectly operational before the replacement magically stopped working. After mentioning the issue the guy from the shop rudely persisted that it was already damaged and implied I need a screen replacement which I agreed too. It all worked with a couple of bugs for a few days before turning off and never turning back on again! Could give a 0 if possible, don’t be fooled by the good reviews.

So I managed to crack my screen on a brand new laptop and was quoted £350 but came here to get a quote. Not only did they go to extreme lengths to source a new screen, they also kept me updated and informed about progress. That's good customer service. Today, I came in after they messaged me to come in as they thought they had a screen. Lo and behold it's working again. At a fraction of the cost. I thoroughly recommend these Khan brothers. But be careful that it's the shop on Tooting High Street - there's a number of Khan mobile stores.

AVOID if you need your phone screen repairing! The reviews on this store are clearly mostly fake and the odd real reviews are all bad.Unfortunately I wasted my time getting my iPhone phone screen fixed here. It stopped working a week after being fixed so I returned twice and to be fair, they did try to re-fix the screen but the same issue kept happening where the screen became unresponsive after a week. I’ve since spent money going to a reputable screen replacement company and had zero issues so I’m confident that this store just doesn’t know what they’re doing and/or use very low quality replacement screens.Highly recommend not wasting your money and just going to a reputable store to fix your screen

Excellent service. Took both my daughters phones in to replace cracked screens. All sorted within 30 mins for a very good rate, even put a new protective screen on mine for an extra £5. Considering I walked in at 9pm and was walking out just after 9:30pm, incredible.

Took my phone in to get fixed which I was quoted a price that kept changing , come in to collect after work for it to not even be able to charge (which I never had a issue with before) and was told its because I closed the phone which its a galaxy flip it is meant to close. Had to then leave it again with them and being charged a extra 30 quid for something that didn't even exist as I did research was told I would have the back fixed for free and then was told it would be a extra £20 and now after paying £400 pound my front screen has not worked on the phone since I picked it up I'm not even going to be making this back in selling it especially when the front ain't even working -so completely wrong
