Very good service! My tyre burst on a Sunday afternoon in the lake district. The tow truck arrived within the hour, took us to the nearest kwik fit that was open. The service was very helpful and friendly, and he even assisted with telling the surly mechanics what was required from them.

Highly recommend this company, Tom was a life saver when our campervan broke down in the lakes this weekend due to an oil leak we were unable to drive it home. Nonetheless Tom was with us within 10 minutes of calling, to remove the camper from the side of the road and hold it in his compound until the following day when he was able to bring it to our house (near Durham so quite a few miles). He was a pleasure to deal with and didn’t let us down like all the big companies did. If you ever need services like we did highly recommend and god forbid we need them again but if we do we would be using Tom again.

Fantastic Service, he came out promptly was very understanding and quickly diagnosed the problem (in the small hours of the morning). The vehicle was towed, and I asked him to take and repair it. Went above and beyond for me, can't recommend enough!

Cannot recommend Tom highly enough - work van stuck at Wasdale Head. Tom came out, checked vehicle over, tried his best to get it going but had to be towed. Really looked after me, made sure I was warm and comfortable, good company on drive back and charged a reasonable price even though it was late.

Awesome service. Car broke down at Charnock Richard services at 3:30pm on Sunday but he came straight away. Car recovered to home address 120 miles away. Great professional service from someone who clearly loves his job and knows what he's doing. That's why you need when you're stuck. Highly recommended.
