I bought a diamond engagement ring for my partner from Philip Lloyd jewellers online . I was a little nervous about buying an expensive ring on line but I needn't have been . Abby was brilliant from the start and when then didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock they made it for me . Fantastic quality really fast turnaround and great value . I would highly recommend them for any of your jewellery needs ,super impressed by the whole experience and was kept up to date through the whole process . Thankyou Philip Lloyd, you made me a happy man and my now fiancee a very happy lady !

I took my late Mum’s rings to Philip and asked if he could remake them into something like my lost engagement ring. The service was second to none from the start. Phil really listened to my requirements and communicated with me every step of the way, sending regular email updates as the work progressed. I collected my ring today - it is incredible! The workmanship is outstanding and i am beyond happy with the result. I would recommend Phil and his team to everyone.

Wow what a little gem of a find.(no pun intended) nothing little about this jewellers. From the start of comms with Abby to going to the shop, which is 2.5 hours drive for us. Abby was consistently very quick to respondto any questions. Then there is Phil, we spent a few hours deliberating and he was superb. Guiding and offering advice but never pushy. We came away choosing a beautiful diamond cluster ring which needed resizing. Phil took care of this. We have just received the ring today (Thursday) after only buying late on Saturday. What service. Cannot recommend these enough. Excellent service from start to finish and excellent quality, choice and options of bespoke items if you want that. We will most definitely be returning customers. Well done for getting it spot on.

Philip Lloyd jewellers offer a friendly & reliable service, along with high quality items.I've bought a few pieces from them, a 5 stone diamond ring being one of them. I always get lovely comments about it, which is testimony to the beautiful jewellery they offer.They always give me great advice & are very honest & have been known to offer alternatives that are more appealing to my purse, rather than theirs!This is why I would definately recommend them if you're thinking of buying any jewellery & have done to several of my friends.I wouldn't go anywhere else!
