Burberry

Have visited this store many times and always been very happy with service and goods .unfortunately popped in today and was greeted by a young gentleman with a terrible attitude asked us to stay together and not split up .their were only my self husband and daughter so was very surprised at this policy,we won’t be back .

We visited Burberry in Edinburgh twice in the week that we were there. We were helped both times by a gentlemen called George. He was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very comfortable in the store. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had a great shopping experience here. Alex，Kenny and Elayne were very helpful. It was rainy yesterday, Alex put an extra plastic bag for me and that impressed me quite a lot. Elayne was very patient to respond to my enquiries. Thank you.

Fantastic experience in the Edinbrugh Burberry store. Thanks to George who made us feel so welcome, was super helpful, did an excellent job of wrapping our purchase and kindly offered us a bottle of water and gifted us a lovely mini champagne bottle to congratulate us in our move to Edinburgh ! Popped in today. We were looked after by George, who sold my wife an handbag. Service was superb and the staff were very warm and friendly. When you’re treated this way, you are inclined to return more frequently. Well done guys. See you again soon.

Had a lovely experience in this shop today, two girls who served us were lovely & made sure we were looked after. Some lovely pieces of clothing and accessories for sale. Very clean too.

I think it was the worst service ever. First, there was a little delay in answering (maybe they thought I wouldn't buy anything) when I chose what I wanted, I didn't have the size, ok. Then I chose another one and it took a while to find the other pair (you can already see the disorganization there) when I went to pay there was no Burberry bag or any other brand, they had to move to get another old bag . From the beginning I warned that it was for a gift, so when this bag arrived they simply put the box of the priced sneakers in the bag (it was for a gift, you don't give a gift with a price). Due to the confusion of the employees themselves I asked for the money back and then the manager came and questioned me and refunded me the amount. I went to another store where I found the same sneakers and was super well attended.House of Phrases is a store of expensive things, the least it should have was more qualified professionals for the service and more organization among the employees as well.
