I would have left zero stars if possible. I recently moved house and my purchaser used Christabel Charrington who works for this company. The company website has been under construction for many weeks if not months ? I also Couldn't find Christabel's listing as a licensed conveyancer on the CLC website under Hensby's or even her own name, its still listed under the old company she worked for after possibly months? In my opinion this is totally unprofessional and If they cant get their own information in order can you trust them with yours ?A lot more I could say but from my experience I would not recommend

I requested an initial consultation with Rachel Horner concerning a personal family issue. She had been recommended to me by a close friend. I was contacted promptly and was immediately reassured by the solicitor’s friendly, yet totally professional manner. She was extremely helpful and enabled me to understand what I needed to do. Happily this situation has now been resolved. If I need the services of a solicitor in the future, I will definitely contact this company again.
