Professional personal touch from point of contact to completion.The work was completed within timescale and on budget.As a retired construction worker who has a bit of knowledge of the ins and outs of the business I would definitely recommend this company.

So far the quality of service has been second to none, my family and I would highly recommend this company, as we live in the Tyne Valley area it would only be right that these guys extend their work area far and wide, a truly professional firm and we just know and have faith that on full completion the job will be first class.Well as expected this company did a first class job, completed on time and in budget, they even did extra work to the timbers which was unforeseen prior to the start.The guys on site worked incredibly hard in what was some pretty poor weather and always left us watertight, so no worries.The work was carried out to the absolute highest of standards and a post works inspection by Mr Armstrong only made us more likely to highly recommend this company to our friends, family and neighbours.First class.

I Recently had a new roof completed by Adam and his team I would just like to say that I would highly recommend Armstrong roofing for a fantastic job.The team were very friendly and polite arrived on time and cleaned up each day . We had a few issues but Adam personally dealt with everything himself making sure we were completely satisfied nothing was a bother he is very sincere and puts his customers first.

Very good roofing firm. We used A Armstrong Roofing to fix our chimney. The firm were very professional from start to finish. A few minor problems we had with scaffolding were very quickly and professionally dealt with and I highly recommend this company.

I waited over a month for someone to come out and give me a quote. On the day, they should come out, I received a call that they don’t do surveys on Friday and have to cancel my appointment. Did you not know this a month ago? The next appointment was offered after another month… The company did not even bother to try to sort their poor management and come out ASAP. Such unprofessional service.

We decided to use A Armstrong Roofing as the reviews were very good.Dan came out to have a chat and do an inspection he was very knowledgeable, he discussed building regulations, guarantee asked what type of tile we wanted, timescale etc. but I might add no hard sell never felt obligated while he was there a lovely guy.He said it would take approximately 2 weeks depending on weather and he was exactly right luckily the weather was good.Not long after scaffolding had been up and portaloo and skip was dropped off we received a call to confirm start date.Dale and Eddie were our roofers and also had a young labourer they were really lovely guys professional, hardworking, punctual and tidy, a couple of our porch tiles got cracked during old tiles being taken off which couldn’t be helped, Dale knocked on door to tell us and said they would be replaced which they later went on to do.Neil the contract manager was on hand to answer any questions I had, he was very helpful after the roof was completed we had a guy called Dave come out with his young labourer to do Fascia’s/ guttering again they did a great job and give all areas a good sweep once done.The inspector called out during work and again when finished to make sure everything was done to building regulations standard and to make sure we were happy with the work before final payment.I also emailed Adam with a question as it was out of hours and he replied immediately which I found very courteous as not many owners of a company would do that, he was very professional and sorted our query out for us the next day.All in it was not the cheapest quote we had received but I wanted a reputable company with good reviews who offered a 10yr guarantee and a building regulations certificate and got exactly that, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had our porch done .Ryan came inspected job . Gave us a quote which we agreed , although they were extremely busy we did not wait long for job to be done it was to a high standard .The guys did not leave any mess the job was done in a day .Very satisfied.Very professional.

I have submitted this review for my mam as she's not online. She had a full roof repair and was extremely happy with the whole process from beginning to end. The work men were friendly and professional. They turned up on time, completed the work to a high standard and tidied up after the job. The price was also very reasonable for the job that needed doing. My mam says she was extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to others.

First class service, workmanship and price.Contacted Armstrong Roofing following storm damage to get ridges of my house and garage. Came out the same day and surveyed the job. Recommended the fitting of a dry ridge system that came with a 10 year warranty. Adam said he had installed the same system in the next street and we knew the family and they had only praise for the job he completed for them. We agreed on the price which was well below 2 others v for the work but both others only for rebedding tiles. The guys started the next morning and all of the job was completed by 4pm. No mess left anywhere and the guys explained every aspect of the job. Very polite and professional workers. Would highly recommend and anyone who wants to see the work should message me via Facebook. 5 Stars all round.
