I found Tsvetan's company online after my laptop stopped charging, the reviews where really good and I looked on his website which was very informative.Rang him and organised to take my laptop round that evening, he explained the process and that it was at 'no fix, no cost'. Before going to bed that evening I got a text message informing me that my laptop was fixed and collected it the next day.He was incredibly professional, even down to answering the door with a mask on which we very much appreciated.Would highly recommed to anyone!

My 5 year old laptop lost the ability to charge the other day, I didn't know whether it was the charger or the power socket.I called this number and Tsvetan kindly said he could look at it for me in 30 minutes (even though it was 7:30pm on a weeknight).Tsvetan quickly diagnosed the problem was the socket and had the replacement part in stock.The following day at noon I recieved a message saying the repair complete.I am very satisfied with this service.

Tsvetan was very helpful. My daughter spilt liquid on her laptop and Tsvetan said it needed a new keyboard and battery but unfortunately he could not obtain a new battery. We decided to buy a hew laptop and I collected the old one. Even though Tsvetan was unable to repair I found.him to be very knowledgeable and professional. I can highly recommend.

Great service - before repairing laptop he tested whether my charger was working - it wasn't and his charger booted my laptop. No charge and also gave me details of the correct charger to buy!
