A few weeks ago my phone was really badly damaged and they not only did an amazing job repairing it, they also kept me really updated with its progress. Hassan was incredibly helpful and I’m really grateful for his help in particular. I’d really recommend using this shop.

Visited this shop a few months ago and they replaced a screen and battery. The batter was worse than the one replaced and the screen home button was temperamental but worked until this morning. Admittedly they did offer to replace it but didn’t have the time so gave them a second chance. Went there this morning to have my screen replaced which the chap done however the home button now does not work. He refused to believe it worked although I showed him it working. Refused to refund me, swore at my partner then threatened to call the police when I refused to leave without a refund. Twice I’ve visited and both times I have been charged for faulty products

Good friendly and honest service

Have used Chislehurst Branch twice, once for broken iPad screen and the second for replacement iPhone battery. First class service with fast turn around and excellent prices. First port of call in future.

Usually go to the one in Eltham because the man there is amazing but in bit of a rush I took the phone to this one in chislehurst. The two stars I've given are for the man who works there that was polite but I wouldn't recommend this service.Took my phone here and when I collected it, the same issue was still going on so had to take the phone back there. They then fixed that issue but broke the sim tray in the process. So now I can't use the phone to place calls. Not to mention when I dropped the phone off it had a phone case and upon collection the phone didn't have one anymore. Would not recommend going here. Waste of money.

Hate to 1 star a small business but for real, they gotta do better. Bought a screen protector (£10 - would've been much cheaper on amazon but gave them a try), got it open and it's so old that the adhesive on the tempered glass has completely gone, even the alcoholic wet wipe sealed inside the packaging had completely dried up. Into the bin.Plus, it's 2023 and they don't take card payments - in a tech store? Seriously? Paid cash and no receipt. Brilliant.

I’m all for supporting local businesses but this was genuinely the most shambolic customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Zero record keeping and seems to be staffed by children at weekends.

I broke the screen on an old iPhone 6S Plus and rang to see if Smart Tech could fix it. Done within 30 minutes - spares in stock -and the screen and glass screensaver for a great price - 1/2 to a 1/3rd of the prices offered by others. Highly recommended
