Great community gym, very friendly place

Helpful and friendly with a wide range of equipment. I always get a quality workout as it's usually not too busy. It should be mentioned that it is also very good value for money.

Good gym, rarely have to wait for equipment and super friendly staff

AVL Fitness has kept me and many others sane during lockdown with daily online live home workouts.I've always been relatively fit and healthy, trying to exercise regularly with varying degrees of motivation. And I always thought I pushed myself to my limits until I discovered AVL Fitness. The sessions have improved my body shape, strength and mood and I feel so much happier in myself.Aaron's sessions have given me a completely different mindset regarding exercise. I am so motivated! It is the best, most enjoyable and without doubt *the most effective* exercise I’ve done in my life! If I was local I would definitely join AVL Fitness Gym.

AVL Fitness, a great place to train with a really friendly atmosphere, which makes for a positive place to work out.Prices are more than reasonable, with enough variety to make sure there is something for everyone.Aaron is always on hand for advice and encouragement, which is great to have that support, if you need it.If boot camps are your thing, Aaron really puts you through your paces or if you're just looking for somewhere to work out, it's a great space with a wide variety of equipment.Cleanliness is key these days and the equipment is constantly being cleaned, sanitiser is also widely available, so I feel comfortable training there.Well done to all at AVL fitness.
