Visited the petrol station today to fill up.... i nearly had a very nasty accident. As i stepped on one of those 'island' things upon what the pumps sit on,to throw some litter in the bin,i slipped on the surface (due to diesel spillages no doubt) and badly twisted my knee.Upon going into the shop to complain about the situation i was greeted by a shrug of the shoulders and a rather 'i couldnt care less' attitude.i certainly wont be going in there again.....my knee is still sore

Discriminated today.told not to use pump 1 and 2 as motorcycles drive off.told them to put signs up.cant do that if it's not in there policy.

i have mentioned to the lady on nights on several occasions about the hot jet wash being cold, she states that she has told her manager more than once, and that she is not aware of any fault not only on 1 jet wash but both, these have been cold since march 2020 and were now in december, its trivial but your advertising hot jet wash, so stop being scruge and turn the boilers back on,

I would encourage anyone who values their health and their families well being to stop using this garage until the staff stop MOST of the customers walking in without a face mask on, and for the ones making the effort to also be given the 2 meter spacing, It's a complete joke and I can see why Preston is on the local lock list. The BP garage in Church town, Garstang will not allow anyone in the shop unless their face is covered. Come on folks we need to stand together, it's all about YOUR health, and controlling this virus.

My wife ask politely could she use the toilet as she is pregnant and the cashier just laughed at her through the window you shouldn't work in a customer facing role if you can't be polite I wouldn't recommend I didn't catch his name but it was 1215am 02/09/2023

This fulling station is quite convenient, but the prices are quite high. I prefer to fill up at ASDA or Morrisons, where it is cheaper, but when leaving for work early in the morning after forgetting to fill up the night before, this filling station is useful on the way to the motorway.

Jet washes have worn brushes with damaged casing, no foam in pre-wash and no wax in wax rinse. Staff not interested and told me I should have used the other machine.Edit: Further to the response below, I have already contacted Shell who told me it isn't their problem as this is a dealer site.
