Continuous Movement Sports Massage Therapy

I don't get to visit Lynsey anywhere near as much as I would like to anymore due to moving to York.I started seeing her because I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder height about 6/7years ago(?) When she first started in a room above start fitness and used to see her 4 weekly for help.I now see her for treatment on my back and shoulders to keep any issues at bay. And I can guarantee every time I walk out of that treatment room I am a new woman!Even if it's just for self care or a little bit of you time I would recommend Lynsey to anyone. Including my friends in York! Thank you Lynsey!

Lynsey always seems to get to the root cause of any niggles and issues and helps to resolve with her amazing treatment and advice. A glute issue I visited for two weeks ago is pretty much resolved after following her advice and she made my tight, fatigued legs feel so much better after yesterday’s visit. Thank you!

I can't really put into words how effective Lynsey is. After years of lower back pain and sciatic pain with no let up, I finally after being pushed too, made an appointment with Lynsey. Best decision ever. Not only is she a wonderful person and made me feel at ease (my first massage ever) she has really helped my pain levels and giving me ways to maintain this.
