McDonald's Gallions Reach Retail Park- Beckton.
Ordered for happy meal but no toy with it. Requested them to refund 73p then they gave the toy. Ordered for 4 veggie dippers, they gave only two. Had to ask them again. Overall I felt very poor service, though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

The place needs more attention to cleaning. They never have supplies for kids to draw . Its safety is questionable especially in the evenings. Also not easy for pedestrians.

McDonald's Gallions Reach Retail Park- Beckton.
Took the opportunity to grab breakfast before work this morning via the drive through. Made my way to the car park nearby and started to eat the breakfast roll I'd recieved, I'd taken a few bites before I noticed the mould on the bun. Returned to the restaurant and got my money back. Be warned ⚠️ thoroughly check your food!

One of the most apalling restaurants I’ve visited. The store was littered with rubbish - uneaten food and disused boxes sauce pots to name but a few were scattered on most tables and on the floor and not one member of staff could even be bothered to clean it. We had to wipe our own table and seats before we ate.Staff at Gallions Reach Mc Donald’s seemed more interested in laughing and joking amongst themselves than doing their job correctly. When the chips arrived they were stale and cold. We asked for them to be changed to fresh fries and left ours on the front counter where customers collect their food - they sat there for almost 10 mins before a member of staff threw them in the bin. When the fresh chips arrived they were only half filled which is such a disappointment.Then to top off this dreadful experience, halfway through our meal we were asked to leave as they were closing the store early that night. There were no signs to let customers know they would only get limited time to enjoy their meal, nor were we told when we placed in our order.As a franchisee of another popular fast food chain myself, I can tell you now the way this store was run was a total and utter shambles and all staff working the evening shift on 29th September should be retrained in how to conduct themselves in a food establishment.Needless to say, I’d rather go hungry than ever waste my money in this restaurant again. Will stick to Beckton McDonalds just a five minute drive up the road. Customer service and food never disappoint over there.

Really nice local place. Clean and chilled out and the meals are made well. Staff are always willing to help. Great sitting area outdoors too, perfect for a sunny day.

Order food through drive through, have to wait for about 15 minutes to get the food. Took it home and found the cheese burgers were all dried hard, burger bread were rock hard and cheese dried and gone hard like wood. Very bad. Completely disappointed with the quality of food.

Happens every time we come here, always waiting approximately 5 minutes for a single meal when no one else is in the drive thru. 9/10 will forget something from your order, in my case it was the ketchup which is on both the item itself and receipt “ADD KETCHUP”, wouldn’t recommend.
