I had an amazing experience at Rustys Bike shop! I needed my gear cables replaced and a general service for my mountain bike. Despite the short notice, Rusty and his team were incredibly accommodating and managed to complete the job on the same day. Rusty himself took the time to explain the issues my bike had and showed me how they were fixed, which was really helpful. The service was top-notch, and I can confidently say my bike is now running better than ever! I highly recommend Rustys Bike shop for their excellent work and friendly customer service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rusty and the team!

Super service! Left my tired bike with Rusty for a couple of days, needed a bit of TLC after being left under a shelter in the garden for too long. Really delighted with the service from Rusty in building my new bike from the box. Communication was excellent and build standard looks top-notch. Great value for money too. Excellent bike service and repair. Rusty provided expert diagnosis and repair for my specialized hybrid bike which required some unique specialist parts and adjustments which I am pretty sure most bike shops could not have managed the repair. I am very happy with the results.

I had been on the hunt for a bike mechanic recently and stumbled across Rusty! I am always sceptical trying a new bike mechanic but it was the best decision giving them a go.From start to finish I got comprehensive updates and videos of the work being carried out and any safety concerns that cropped up , He made you feel like the sole focus is you and your bike at that moment and time, you wouldn't necessarily get that level of customer service in big chains.None of the work got done either until he had a confirmation that you are happy for it to be done and does his best to make sure the bike is to the best standard within budget.I will definitely be taking my bike back when I need a service or need some tweaks and recommend to other fellow local riders.

I purchased a second hand road bike and a friend recommended Rusty for a service.From start to finish the service was outstanding.I made contact with Rusty and booked an appointment, dropped the bike off and had a good chat about it.Within a few hours rusty and inspected the whole bike and provided what needed doing and what I might want to get done, I confirmed what work I wanted done and with that the work commenced.I went the whole hog as it was a new bike to me and I wanted to make sure it was safe and have to say collecting the bike I am over the moon. It looks like new and feels amazing.Rusty gave me a great break down of the bike and what I should and shouldn’t do and how best to keep it.I would recommend Rusty to everyone and will 100% be using him in the future for all our bike needs.

Rusty got back to me very quickly, and kept me fully in the loop and the work being carried out on my gravel bike, which was all completed to a top standard. The video's he sends ahead of any work are great for anyone wanting to better understand the repairs being carried out.

Great experience using Rusty's Bike Shop. Rusty was meticulous in bringing the bikes back to their former glory, and in great time too. The video updates really do give great detail of the work to be carried out and I personally looked forward to seeing the progress made on my bike. It's clear Rusty loves everything to do with bikes and that shows in the work and service you receive. I cannot recommend Rusty highly enough, top man.
