Great service at Bolam Crash Repairs. We needed a car door replacing and Bolam were helpful on the phone to provide a guide price. We got booked in and the car door was replaced/repaired in just a couple of hours.Friendly staff. Would definitely use Bolam again and would happily recommend to other customers.

I was in the unfortunate position of looking for someone to repair a couple of scratches and dents to my wife’s Audi after a wall mysteriously jumped out on me.Surprisingly, she allowed me to live once I I formed her about it as long as I got it repaired. Fair enough.But it’s a minefield when looking for someone. I know nothing about cars, let alone how to repair one or who to trust. I phoned a few, but this is obviously the season to damage cars and it’s all very busy.I called Bolam’s and they were very friendly and suggested I pop down so they could see it. Which I did.In person, they are just a friendly and super helpful. After looking at the car, they fully explained what had to be done, how it was to be done, and when it would be done. Very upfront about the timeframes and expectations were set. I was then emailed a quote and booked it in.The day it was dropped off, I had a phone call to say there were a couple of dents in the door I’d missed but they’d sort them out too. Nice touch and appreciated the heads up.It was in the shop for three days and the wife was so excited to get it back, especially once she’d seen was a stunning job they’d done. Honestly looks like new. Fantastic job.Thanks to all who worked on this. Pure artists.

I have used Bolam twice for paintwork. On both occasions the result has been beyond my expectations. Attention to detail both during preparation and painting result in a finish that seems better than the original factory finish.
