Hood John & Son

I used this firm to place a memorial and I am really unhappy. They did not pay attention to what I asked and I sent a detailed copy of the work I required. I was charged a lot of money for a mistake. Only to be told I should have caught THEIR mistake before I signed the release. My advice do not use these people....go elsewhere. They don't care!!

Had to deal with John Hood Sculptors by email and phone call. Extremely polite and helpful. Work completed very quickly and photograph of headstone received in post. The headstone looks amazing and worded exactly as requested. Thank you so much.

Thank you very much for the lovely work on my mum and dad’s gravestone (Malcolm & Kathleen Moodie.) It was really well done and all the family are very pleased with the result. Informed Gavin Nicholson to let me know when my brother's headstone would be ready, I'd called several times for a delivery date as i needed to book flight's to be there for the placement.No date was given but was assured I'd be informed in time, then without any notice they turned up completely unannounced to place the headstone at the grave.Paid alot of money for this, terrible customer service and no regards to customers feelings considering what they do as a business.This company won't look at you unless you pay full amount up front.Highly recommend not to use this company.
