Absolutely shocking service. Paid £3 for express postage which was meant to be 1-2 days. Still haven’t received anything 8 days later. Tried ringing up and they are rude and say they don’t deal with that on the phone it needs to be email. Emailed multiple times and they just say it’s been sent so should be there and still haven’t apologised or resent anything. Questioning if it is even a legit company now. Definitely find another company to use if you are looking to change your name

Beware! Don't count on this company to offer a speedy service in urgent situations (such as passport applications), they were very slow despite the fact I paid an expediency fee. A 'helpline' is advertised on their website but they never answer the phone or call back if you leave a voice message. Because of this, my documents were incorrect and sent too late. They made the mistake and still charged me a processing fee when I requested a refund. Avoid!!
