Absolutely awful service. Ordered 2 subway salads today and the woman had no idea what she was doing! They were very rude. The lettuce was in the meat section not the salad section , not very good for vegetarians!! The salads were filled up with lettuce and that was about it! Tiny amounts of everything else (got 3 pieces of pepper in my salad) I also asked for a pot of meatballs and i automatically got cheese on them which i didn’t ask for , they should’ve asked if i wanted cheese or not! Ridiculous. Incredibly disappointed, Avoid and spend your money elsewhere. What a waste.

Subway on Cardinal Park is a relatively short walk from where I work so I visit here quite often. The staff are very efficient and professional in dealing with customers in my experience and make delicious sandwiches. Just like the branch in Queen Street, i recommend the Cardinal Park venue highly.

Ordered gluten free here explained I was a coeliac and my partner told them it made me ill....we enquired about the filling several times and even had to explain to server to change gloves....within an hour I was sick and really ill....after going to the website we found out the filling did contain gluten and they have made me incredibly ill....we wouldn't have normally chosen to eat here but it was after football and everywhere else was full or closed....please don't risk this place if you are a coeliac as they either don't understand or don't care.

Honestly this is the stingiest subway i’ve been to, ordered a tuna sub and I watched the man proper scrape any excess of the tiny little scoop, the whole foot long sub had 4 teaspoons of tuna in it which was made up of about 70% mayo. The man then proceeded to spread it as thin as butter. Watching this I almost walked out but I’d promised it to my sick friend who was waiting in the car, I was embarrassed to give it to her as that was the limpest sandwich I’d ever seen.

Portion size is dropping like a stone. I ordered two chicken salad boxes today and both had only around 5 lumps of chicken in them, any less meat and they'd qualify as vegan!

Food is like most other subways,had a hot chocolate to go with my food, an tasted absolutely horrific, hardly any taste of chocolate, leaving a film in the mouth,did speak to owner an they use 1 packet foreign chocolate not Cadbury or any other well known name, won't be using them again
