Silver Lining Piercing Leeds

Had my daith and tragus pierced by bianca last Monday. It was a pleasant experience and bianca explained everything and gave me tips about after care which made me feel comfortable and relaxed thru out the process. I’ve recommended the place to my friends and will definitely come back here for my next piercing.

Carlene was my piercer and the whole experience was amazing! I got my rook and forward helix done and I couldn’t be happier. I felt so relaxed and was repeatedly checked if I was okay, happy with positioning and if I wanted to continue.The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high level of care put into the piercings.Cannot recommend enough thank you so much!

Having to use an old Google account for this review.Very unhappy with the service or lack thereof.Arrived at 4.45pm but I had not yet eaten so I popped in to ask what time the piercer shut - a young man at the desk told me it closes at 6.30pm but to be there before 6.20pm for piercings. I thanked him, telling him I would be back soon and was just popping to a cafe to get my sugar levels up for the piercing.I returned at around 5.20pm but as I arrived the young man at the desk flipped the sign to say he would be back in 10-15 minutes so my partner kept me company whilst we waited on the chairs outside.After this 15 minute wait, a girl came to the door and opened it to ask if we had an appointment, we said no, not knowing that we were required to make an appointment since the young man had earlier told us to just arrive before 6.20pm.A mother and her daughter who had just arrived were let in as they had booked and the girl said she would be back to us shortly if we waited on the chairs outside and went inside shutting the door.After a while of waiting in the cold, a pair of children and a separate family arrived and started complaining about being in the cold and how many people were now congregated at the piercing shop.My partner, at this point had wrapped his coat around me as we had been left in the cold for some time now.The two groups who had just arrived, waited 10 minutes then became verbally impatient and walked straight through the door to ask about piercings but me and my partner believed they would be told to wait outside with us.Instead they were given consent forms and the young girl who told us to wait left us outside in the cold for over half an hour completely ignored, having not been told WHEN we would be allowed into the building or whether we would get a piercing without an appointment. She had told us she would be a couple minutes then grab us if we waited outside but completely forgot and served people who barged into the front door who had only just arrived.Was incredibly upset by this as I could have left for another piercing shop in this time instead of being led on for over an hour until other piercers had closed.Worst piercing experience I have ever had. I have 12 piercings already and the best have always came from tattoo shops, FAR friendlier and more personal staff AND much better communication.

My daughters had an appointment for 2pm today. The studio is very clean and Willow who did the girls piercings was lovely, professional and so gentle. Highly recommend.

Me and girlfriend got piercings here on Sunday 22nd October by Carlene. I got a lobe piercing, and she got a nose piercing. The whole experience was fantastic. Carlene made is feel really welcome and explained everything in detail to us. The procedure was sterile, quick and pierced perfectly. They’re both healing well and we couldn’t be happier with them and our first piercing experience. Thanks again Carlene

They are so kind and friendly here much nicer than red in the corn exchange. Will be coming here for all future piercings and recommend to all my friends. They also do a wonderful deal of two piercings for £35 on Wednesdays for students which is so good. Got my friend an ear piercing for her birthday and a smiley for myself. :)

My typical go to piercing place, there are very versatile and helpful. They usually only have 2 members of staff on so I usually have to take a seat outside and wait to be served but it is never longer than 10 minutes and a very understandable wait to say I usually walk in instead of booking. They have also helped me with my piercings which I have had issues with which were pierced elsewhere which is more uncommon to find these days without a charge. Staff are always lovely, unfortunately I can’t remember names perfectly as it has been a while but heather snd bianca(??) have served me very well. I will always return here when I need advice or something new doing. I would 100% recommend this place

Really helpful and friendly staff, put me right at ease! I was nervous before going in but during my piercing didn't even have time to be nervous because the staff were so chatty and lovely! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Terrible experience, this place may get some good reviews but it is is so hit and miss!! Don't risk it.I got my nose pierced here 6 months ago. All healed ok, a few piercing bumps along the way but nothing out of the ordinary.A month ago I went back to get my stud changed to a shorter one (as the one they pierce with is longer to accommodate swelling when first pierced). The girl changed it to a slim sterling silver L-shaped stud and custom fit" it to my nose.This was fine for a week or two but then started to become embedded in my nose. I went back today and a piercer called Willow said it wasn't "healed enough" (it was fully healed 2 weeks before) for a ring and that he would recommend a stud that was shorter than the original but longer than the silver one I'd had put in. I agreed.A more junior and very nervous guy said he'd put the new nose stud in. What an AWFUL experience...he couldn't get the silver stud out so I had to do it myself. Then he kept going in and out of the room with sanitary gloves on to ask Willow what to do (didn't have a clue). Then he told me to close my eyes as "they might water a bit". I felt an almighty pain worse than when it was first pierced. I opened my eyes and there was a needle stuck in my nose!!! He'd RE-PIERCED it as the new stud he was putting in was thicker than the last one and the hole had shrunk. AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!!! Once the new stud was in he started to clean it and kept saying how "brave" I was and insisting I should have a lolly pop. I didn't need a lolly pop (I'm a 39 year old woman) I needed to be communicated with. He had no clue what he was doing cleaning it so I ended up doing that myself too!! He then had the cheek to casually say "you should probably go back to cleaning this twice a day again for the next few months".He has made an absolute mess of it

Absolutely lovely experience here, willow my piercer was lovely, she was very friendly,polite and knowledgeable i felt very safe in her hands, all information I needed was given before and after the piercing, will definitely be back!! Clean and great deals on prices.
