Terrible Service. The Man was to busy sitting on his phone than dealing with customers. When the keyring arrived it came all scratched bad condition and the photos came out. I took this back and the Guy that works in there couldn't even put the photos back in there properly Terrible and told me to contact Customer Service as he can not do anything. I would not order from here again or go back to the store if I could rate this 0 stars then I would do not waste your money or time and effort.

Was there today and met Charlotte! She sorted my problem with very badly taken passport photo done previously at Luton Mall store! Charlotte was very professional and nice, she has retaken my photo and I'm so pleased I met here there as she explained all the requirements for UK passport photo and the photo she's taken is fantastic quality! Defo worth the money but with the one done in Arcade Centre my application would be declined in 100% and that would cost me 1330! Charlotte you are a Star!!!

Needed to get photos asap. Best to get them here as the booths are okay but if there's any issue, like I had, easier to correct this with a real person .Very pleasant easy experience
