Handy car parking for those flying out of Exeter

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Absolutely appalling service- failed to answer the phone on our return to Liverpool- called for 45 minutes. They were supposed to meet me at the airport. Then found the garage eventually, and the member of staff was very rude and couldnt care less how inconvenienced I'd been. He was actually sneering at me. I was so mad, it really ruined my return from a nice holiday. Dont ever use this company they suck!!!

Exeter airport, 2330. Pitch black. Everything went well until I found 2 inch scratch on front side of car. Obviously been hit and scratched. The driver must have known. No point in contacting Flyparks as only found it following morning and several other posts have described what happened when they complained. I wont be using them again! BEWARE

I had to cancel booking after prepaying our parking fee. (A week prior to parking booking.). This was due to a major health event.It took approx. 3 days and 3 emails to get the information I required. The first email received from fly parks of only a very few words only mentioned a $18 fee required to cancel. No reference or mention of the fee already paid or any possible refund . I really thought I was dealing with some kind of scam! We actually personally notified directly to the parking service of our cancellation. I would not book through flyparks again. My preference will be to directly book with the parking service.Much easier, uncomplicated and personal.

Do not use if you are in a hurry... waited 45 min for the shuttle bus. And the trip is 15 min. Not 8 like the website says.

Used Park and Go, Grange Meet and Greet a number of times when flying from Exeter. Hassle free drop off and pick up, I know my car will be safe, and the staff are always polite and friendly. The close proximity to the airport departures and arrivals means it’s within easy walking distance so no minibus rides. The price has been unbeatable for the last 5/6 years of using this company. The only small downside is there aren’t any dropped curbs at the pavement opposite making it difficult to use the luggage trolley. I would however, recommend this company and service.

Dreadful. Left high and dry without parking after arriving late at our hotel due to circumstances beyond our control. Rude and aggressive man answered the phone, told us we were a no show" as we were late arriving

PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.Collected our car at 01:30 this morning. When we saw the car in the daylight, there was a nasty dent in the door. The car park has no lighting (pretty well pitch dark) so the damage was not noticed. Be aware that even if we were able to to prove that the damage occurred on site, your vehicle is parked at your own risk so would be unable to make a claim. If your vehicle was written off while parked at their site, you would not receive any compensation.
