Shocking service! I booked a walker on the 30th April for collection on the 4h May. I was told I would receive an email instructing location for collection. I received no email and had to call on the Monday morning. I was on the phone from 8 am - 9 am and had no response.I messaged customer service and was advised to stay on the phone. I requested a refund and did not get a response so effectively, ripped off.

Please answer the phone. After waiting 20 minutes, listening to the extremely dreary message umpteen times, I gave up and went to another company.

i wouldn't even give 1 star, please do not waste your money on this company, we booked hire a week in advance, my husband booked time off work to complete work that needed doing and on the day we was supposed to collect our tools i received an email saying the tools was not available!!!! what a let down and a massive inconvenience to our family, i am still waiting g for my refund a week later!!!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND !!!! i have never complained about anything in my life but this service is terrible
