Jo is fantastic! I'm in my 50's now and I needed someone who understood what that means and to train in a way that I get the very best fitness outcome but with no injuries! Injury free and feeling incredible.After listening to podcasts by Dr. Rangan Chatterjee it became clear that proper strength training is where I needed to be and as Jo is trained in Olympic weightlifting it is so much more than that. I literally feel 10 years younger and 2 sizes smaller.She's thoughtful, kind (but not too kind!), a great listener, and always alternates different exercises depending on your needs rather than just giving you the same ones each time. No two sessions are the same.We hit all my goals and now we're working on some more!I have no hesitation in recommending Jo for all ages and fitness. I was very unfit and had lost all my confidence before I went for my first session - 35 weeks later and I'm a new person. Thank you Jo!
