Westgate Farm, Great Walsingham

Westgate Farm just outside Walsingham in North Norfolk has the most stunning safari tents. My six year old daughter said, It was incredible and I loved it."A beautiful rural setting surrounded by wild flowers

Had a great stay at Westgate Farm. The safari style tent was great, especially the comfy bed. The farm and surrounding areas are nice and quiet, with plenty of nearby walks, perfect for a detox getaway!

I honestly cannot recommend Westgate Farm more highly. Sophie and Michael could not have been better hosts. From the flexibility and communication when making our booking through to the personalised hosting, we felt immediately at home on this beautiful farm, and in the most stunning safari tents where all of the little details have been thought of. The experience itself was entirely unique. We are already planning dates for our next visit, and cannot wait to return to this beautiful home in this beautiful area of Norfolk.

Wow! What a truly amazing gem in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside. Nestling above Walsingham with stunning views down over open countryside you will find these brand new ‘tents’.Sophia, Mikey and baby Wilfie welcome guests to their labour of love. From the moment of booking you get the most fabulous attention and a lovely family greeting upon arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and our accommodation was of the highest possible standard.Our ‘tent’ (I do struggle calling it a ‘tent’ as it is so much more ….) was superbly fitted out. All soft furnishings super comfortable and the log burner makes the whole experience very romantic and cosy. Everything that you possibly need is there - and you are given a super welcome hamper with local goodies.The round bath tub is an added bonus! Cooking facilities allow you to prepare meals easily if you choose to stay in.Superb value and we can’t wait to return! Ideal for a real ‘chill’ away from the hustle and bustle of life - with all luxuries abs home comforts provided. Thankyou all!! Annabel

Words cannot describe how incredible this place is. This place is the definition of luxury wilderness (aka glamping). From the fully equipped kitchen (and I do mean fully equipped there was even herbes de provence) to the absolutely most fluffy bed we have ever slept in (one could say its a cloud) this place is a 10/10. To top it off, the hosts, Sophie and Michael are lovely… I felt like I had known them for years. They were flexible and accommodating to any needs, they made the experience unforgettable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did.p.s. these pictures don’t do it justice, the place and scenery are something everyone should experience themselves.

Beautiful location, very cosy tent and delicious goodies. Could not recommend it more for a break away. Hosts Mike and Sophie were so welcoming too. We will be back!

Really beautiful, calm and serene. The tent was beautifully decorated and had all the extra things you could ever think of. All the lovely details really make a difference, and you feel like they have thought of everything. Very comfy bed and furniture, and wonderful bath that filled up in an instant! Love the fact that we could chill our champagne in an ice bucket with ice already in the freezer! It was like being in a boutique hotel room in the middle of a poppy field.
