Poor service, they left my hair straighteners in the dry cleaners and never contacted me to let me know they couldn’t fix them. I followed up twice and nothing. Really poor experience.

7 days until Christmas and my 6 year old Bosch oven failed me. Fan was spinning and grill working, but no heat from the oven.Sunday morning, most repair outfits were shut. However this company wasn't. They diagnosed the fault over the phone and got back to me with a price for the repair and part that morning. By the same afternoon a polite gentleman turned up and got my oven working in no time.He also kindly changed the oven bulb for me at no cost and gave me some good advice for future care of the oven.Highly recommenced.

Ali and his team are absolutely brilliant! I was told by Curry's delivery driver that nobody would ever deliver a fridge/freezer to our house because of the layout and steps. Ali and his team effortlessly delivered and removed fridge/freezer without any issues. Thank you again for our new fridge and being so helpful.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Called them this morning as washer/drier tripping electrics - we'd already tried changing fuses etc I was given some advice on the phone as to what the problem might be and a cost estimate - engineer then arrived earlier than expected and fixed the issue. Cost was on the lower end of the quote. Engineer wearing a mask and kept socially distanced. Great service and very happy to have a working machine!

Ali is exceptional engineer. He has identified oven issue and advised about option. Based on his advice, I decided to get a new oven. Ali found me something affordable and great quality and delivered and installed faster than I expected. He went above and beyond. I am more than satisfied.
