Ordered 2 months ago, still not arrived. Sent 5 emails requesting a refund - no reply. Called twice, spoke to staff and they assured me that my refund would go through if I emailed again. Still nothing. This company is a scam - pure and simple. AVOID.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service takes multiple calls to actually get through to talk to someone, emailed multiple times and still have not received a reply. Called up today and spoke to someone asked to speak to the manager and he told us that there was no manager available to speak to customers and he could not come away from his desk to find someone that was available. I wouldn't mind but I placed this order nearly three weeks ago now and was told 2 -3 days delivery when we had not received our order I went on the website and it said taking 10 days to fulfil which I understood, I left it 10 days and when we still had not received it so I phoned and was told it would be with us between the Monday and the Thursday, still had not received it by the Thursday so called up and they told us it would be with us today as it is on the lorry, called up today to check and they have now told us it will not be here until the end of march. So they are lying to their customers and sending them mixed messages, they are also not updating their customers (which it states on the order conformation that they will) I would highly recommend NOT ordering from here. Oh and also we tried to cancel our order while on the phone and refused to do it over the phone and told us to email to cancel (which I no longer trust them to respond to) so I have asked for a manager to be available by a specified time tomorrow morning and if this issue is not resolved I will be reporting them to trading standards but I will never be purchasing from this company again!

Placed my order on 28/02/2020 and still no product has arrived! The 10 days they kept quoting due to demand is clearly a lie. All emails and replied to with a generic response not answering my questions.I understand that current situation however if you don’t have the stock or the means to ship the stock don’t accept orders!I shall now be sorting a charge back through my bank!

UPDATE : Almost 2 months later and still NOTHING. Requested a refund weeks ago and have heard nothing.Absolutely shocking service - this company deserves to go under.***So far disappointed with lack of updates and communication. Don't sell a product if you don't have the means to dispatch it in the time stated.I understand the demand must be especially high right now but people are paying money for a product so you need to up your communication game or take the products off the site until you can manage peoples expectations properly.Although I still want the product, I do request that an update is provided ASAP along with a refund of the postage fees.Order # : CC-69320Please note this isn't a rating of the product as I'm yet to receive it, it's simply a rating of the poor customer service so far.Thanks

It would be a zero if possible. Avoid at all costs. They do no fulfil their orders then they disconnect their land line and employ a third party 0800 number to deal with diverted calls as they can't cope with the number of complaints and refund requests. When I ordered 10 days ago my confirmation email said 2 to 3 days for delivery. I have heard nothing since, no update or notification of inability to fulfil the order. I have sent an email as instructed by the 0800 call handler to request a refund and was told it would take 48 hours for that to be received and once they have processed the refund it would take 7 days (which is fine) but I wasn't given a time frame from the 48 hours as to how long it may take for them to action the refund. If you can't cope with demand or fulfil orders as a company you should contact customers that have made purchases to notify them and offer the option of a refund. Very very poor.

I am in the same boat. You have taken my order and my money but will not respond to my emails or answer the phone. I have waited 2 weeks, which I think gives enough time to address these issues and have now resorted to leaving a review here. To add insult to injury, you then sent me an email to let me know more anti-bac gel was in stock and to hurry and order, when my initial order had still not been dispatched. Not great that you can manage to send marketing emails but not respond to customers. You will be riding high and earning plenty at the moment so you probably don't feel the need, but these one star reviews will come back to bite you if you do not address these problems soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!I ordered on the 3rd of march before everything went into meltdown, was told delivery would be within 5 days... 2 weeks later still not received but did get an email from Hermes to say it's on its way...didn't turn up. Another two weeks later had the same email again except this time it said it was being returned to the sender?I spoke to customer services over 5 times who told me to write emails which don't get answered, it even says fulfilled on my account on the website when it isn't, I haven't heard anything...had to open a PayPal dispute.Absolutely awful experience I will never ever use them again.

Wish I could give Zero stars. I made an order on 1st March 2020. I was advised shipping was within 3 days. 2 weeks later, nothing! I emailed them and received no reply. I called them and the lady that answered said all orders would be delivered the first week of April. I was understanding given the current climate, and so waited patiently. 2 weeks into April and two further unanswered emails later, I was still down £45 and still no further into knowing where the order was! I called them again and eventually got through. I asked the lady for a refund, which she said she would get organised for me, yet here I am MID MAY with no refund and no order! I understand it is a busy time and company’s are under a lot of pressure, however this company was NOT well equipped. Either that or they are a fraudulent company! Absolutely awful!! They do not have an adequate phone line and they do not reply to emails! I have now opened a case via PayPal so I hope I can get my money back that way. Wish I had read the reviews before handing my money over.... AVOID!!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Like everyone else, ordered items that were never delivered and when we asked to cancel order and get a refund they hung up our calls and ignored emails. When we called and got through to someone we were told we had to email for a refund but then no reply or refund transpired. Terrible service. They have taken our money and provided no product. We took ot to yhe financial ombudsmen but they said it wasn't something they can deal with. If you do want to chase them for refund you may wish to contact the Retail ADR, they may be able to help you further., or, citizen advice bureau.

Would give Zero stars if i could.Absolutely disgusted with this company, i placed an order on 28th Feb and was told 10days delivery.As of 21st APRIL , STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!Similar to other reviews, you are very lucky if you get any answer, they DO NOT REPLY to emails requesting a refund.On the occasions i have managed to speak to someone i am told all orders are being shipped and should see in few days. I then call back and then told really busy just send an email asking for a refund , at this point i inform them i have already sent 4 requests via email asking for refund. I was then asked for my order number and told to email again and they will look out for it.My friend was waiting on her order and when it didnt arrive , she emailed and got a refund within hours.This company must be running a SCAM on the back of the pandemic,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
