When in today as always loved fish but had bother trying to keep them alive always tried hard but to no avail, went in to the shop today spoke with a lovely bloke behind the counter who was able to answer me and my spouse's questions with ease and just cleared all the questions I had up and was able to sort me out with everything I needed and tell me exactly what to do! Even said if you have any bother just give us a ring! Top quality shop with top quality customer service will definitely be going back for anything I need and more fish fact! Would recommend this place to anyone who's looking to start off like me or experienced as also has a very impressive selection of fish whatever your in the market for!

Andy will bend over backwards to assist and give any advice you need. he has a wealth of knowledge in this field there's not much he doesn't know hes very friendly very accommodating and will ensure you get the best fish for your tank or even give great advice if you are thinking of starting up and maintenance.......all you need under one roof he has a beautiful salt water tank in store loaded with colourful coral and exotic fish....well worth a look

Fantastic service from Andy. We've been down twice in the past 2 weeks getting tropical fish for our first aquarium. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. We have now got 10 fish from Andy in total. One sadly perished however I have no doubt this was through natural causes. Andy was extremely sad to hear of this when we told him which is a testament to how much he cares about his customers, and indeed his fish when they leave his store. I travel down making a 30 min drive. It could be so much more easier for me to go to pets at home but Andy provides such a personable service at a very affordable price. I'm considering starting my own saltwater tank soon (having seen Andy's showpiece one on display) and will 100% be using Andy's advice/knowledge when doing so. Definitely recommend!!
