Llandre Sawn Wood
Goodluck trying to get hold of anyone in the company. They don’t answer telephone calls, emails or enquiries for weeks. Businesses seldom get a second chance to leave a first impression, yet poor customer experience/service seems to be an objective of theirs. I wish them all the best in their endeavours, but service quality doesn’t appear to be one of their values.
