Booked in for a changing 2 front tyres - waited around 30 mins to be told system is not working and that they would have to cancel (no attempt to find a solution). Whilst I was there the 'system' seemed to be working for most of the other people waiting in the queue. Reading some of the other reviews seems like this a common theme. Please get this sorted - if you take payment off provide the service as agreed or else don't waste people's time. Extremely disappointed and lost trust in the brand.

Absolutely ridiculous and stealing garage! went there to get the wheel alignment. After 30 minutes, they said the job had been completed. I noticed that my car was still pulling to the right after driving a few miles. I scheduled an alignment check with Kwikfit and learned that these thieves at National Tyres hadn't actually done the alignment on my car despite charging me for the service. Avoid going there at all costs.

Ford Focus: Four new tyres, front wheel alignment and MOT at Wimbledon garage, opposite South Wimbledon underground station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great job carried out. Will use their services again.

They failed my car's MOT on a CV joint which is very expensive but I got the MOT done at another garage who said it was fine.

1hr 45mins for a single tyre change, barely spoken to by the staff. booking time is pointless booked for 1030 left at 1215.... 25 minutes to change a tyre, speed up!

I have called to book an MOT and specifically asked to check and fix my under-tray because it was dislodged. I been told it will be ok and when asked to leave a note for the staff to ensure it will happen I’ve been advised that it will be ok. When I attended the garage in Wimbledon the guy told me that there is not availability to do so, when I challenged this and try to explain it wasn’t my fault I completely been ignored and he left the room. Very disappointed on the customer service of this individual and also of the lady that didn’t really care and thought everything will be fine when I booked. Will definitely not use them again!
