Adam went out of his way and was incredibly resourceful in repairing a problem on my Trek mountain bike during the Covid-19 lockdown. He was extremely busy but managed to squeeze me in knowing that he would have difficulty getting parts. Would highly recommend.

Always had fantastic service from Adam and his family going back well over 40 years.I cannot fault his customer care and was well worth my 76 mile round trip to have my bike serviced again!Great shop!

Initially i took a Specialized Tarmac for a repair on the gear lever which was completed although my £250 sella italia carbon saddle was damaged. I decided to give the shop the benefit of the doubt due to being local so I took a Vision Metron 40 carbon wheel for a repair. I was told that it had new bearings installed although when I got it back it looked as though the wheel hadn't been touched. It ran ok for about a month then it started to make a hell of a noise again. I then took it to another shop & told them the problem so they stripped the wheel & they told me the bearings were dry & the pawls on the freehub where too. They replaced the bearings, regreased everything & now the wheel sound like a swiss watch & not a coffee grinder. The moral of the story is if you want good service & T.L.C. of your bike & components AVOID BIKEWORKS IN OSWESTRY AT ALL COSTS...

I always come here when I need work done. Always does an excellent job, I had trouble with my gears on the way to town so popped in and he put them right that day and also cleaned the sprockets for me. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Oh and good value for money.

Did a great job of recabling my TCR, it didn't shift this well when it was new, I can now appreciate how good ultrega is. Thoroughly recommended.
