I booked an appointment here because DVLA recommended I did.Contacted them 4 times before someone answers the phone each time it rang out without an option for voicemail or any information to confirm it’s the correct number.Eventually spoke to someone and asked for an appointment, booked one in bit was told I can not get proof off appointment; I required proof to book time off work. This is something that the consulting room does not offer I was told.The operator was somewhat rude and rushed me off the phone did not take into consideration the above.Also as the appointment required a charge to be made on the day I was told they only accept cash. No card payments or cheque. We are in 2022 no one carries cash. Clearly doctor is avoiding tax!Would not recommend.

I had a consultation this morning with Dr.Rajpar and can honestly say he was so lovely. I was very anxious before my appointment but I felt at ease once Dr.Rajpar explained things to me. Luckily for me I had a positive outcome. I would highly recommend this Doctor. Thankyou...

I regularly attend here for maintenance appointments following surgery that I paid private for. The company I use and the staff here are very nice and my nurse always puts me at ease. Very professional and kind

Recommend it!I went there last week to visit a doctor.It's alocated in the nicest part of Edgbaston with big car park at the rear of the building.The staff where very nice and frinedly, invated me in a spasious and gorgeous waiting room until my appointment time come. The rooms are clean and modern, so i doesn't feel that stressed like at the hospital.
