Drove all the way across town for an emergency only to find it completely shut and closed 30 minutes before closing time! Sort out your online information!! Monday the 23rd of November and your information says open until midnight. Obviously not true yet your posts say you have updated your hours?

Great pharmacy and really friendly staff.Really easy to talk to and ask questions if you have any problemsAnd they are open all day till late.And I'm grateful they have always sorted my medication out.

Decent pharmacy staff are friendly. They recommended a few pharmacy's when they didn't have stock.Been here few times and that guy with Yorkshire(I think) accent is bit of a loudmouth and likes to speak to you like your a idiot. Sorry but thats just what i felt like when he spoke to me.But still the others I talked to are nice and helped me loads. My dad likes this place to.

I was sent here by NHS 111 to get an emergency prescription for my mum. Upon arrival I was told that their system for getting referrals from 111 has been down for days. Apparently they've told 111 but 111 has continued to send customers there. I was then reccomend by the this pharmacist to go to Tunstall day and night Pharmacy as its open till midnight " upon arrival there I was informed they close at 9pm! A wild goose chase. Terrible service due to their failure to ensure their system for receiving 111 referrals is actually working."

I can't fault this chemist one bit, never have I had any problems at all here, have been going here now for a number of years, my prescription is always ready for collection, staff good and polite, I can ask about any problems I have medically and know I will be given good and reliable information. Thanks guys(gals)for helping me over the years, your the best.

Went to collect an emergency prescription that was digitally sent to them after we called NHS 111, and Waterloo refused to give us the medication because we ‘hadn’t ordered one in a while’.It’s an emergency, and the NHS had sent the prescription themselves. So, why is that a problem? My mum is a pharmacist and even she said that Waterloo should have given it to us with it being an emergency situation.
